There is a one year warranty on all parts. If there is a problem the pack must be returned to the company at owner’s expense for evaluation. If defective parts are found the company will replace and return the product to the consumer. This product is an aid to hiking and may not be used in some areas. Caution should always be used in the back country and this company cannot be held responsible or liable; the use of this product is at your own discretion.
This product is subject to scrapes and scratches, which are caused by impact with rocks and logs. This is only cosmetic and does not cause structural damage.
